It was May and not shiitake season, so I would like to go back when there are shiitake mushrooms! Not to mention the charcoal-grilled chicken was delicious!

You can enjoy both fish and meat, and everything is highly satisfying. The T-bone steak is fragrant and hearty. The appetizer of conger eel and the sashimi platter that I tasted in the course left a lasting impression. The beef thigh steak, summer vegetable meat rolls, and tomato pork kimchi were all delicious in their own right. The shabu-shabu with playful pork uses domestically produced vegetables, and the all-you-can-eat option is delightful. The milk tofu appetizer and stylish snacks made for a comfortable atmosphere, and everyone was satisfied.

I went to a new tonkatsu specialty restaurant in Kumafu, Kikuchi City. Upon entering, I was welcomed by a warm atmosphere, and the seating was more spacious than I had imagined. The pork loin cutlet was thick with a light batter, and the sweetness of the fat spread pleasantly, making me happy. The pork fillet cutlet was also tender and easy to bite into, with a beautiful color inside and very delicious. You can also choose from shrimp tempura, chicken cutlet, and seasonal oysters, and enjoy variations in flavor with two types of rock salt, sauces, and grated wasabi. The service was smooth, and I was satisfied with the ample servings of rice, miso soup, pickles, and cabbage.
