The yakitori sauce was very tasty, just the way I like it. The menu and the variety of drinks were also good.
I was curious about the hot egg curry, but I was too full to try it, so I would like to try it next time.

This is a long-standing yakiniku and hormone restaurant located at the entrance of a bustling street, creating a pleasant atmosphere. You can choose between a grill or a hot plate, and at the counter, they will grill for you on a small stove. Grilling the sweet-sauce-coated tsurami on the hot plate and pairing it with vegetables makes it irresistible. It is customary to finish with udon that has absorbed the delicious flavors, which is very satisfying. The pig's trotters are tender, and the mimiga (pig's ear) is fun to chew when grilled with sauce. The striking red noren (curtain) is memorable, and pouring the leftover sauce over rice to savor it is also a delight.

It's a small shop centered around the counter, with a calm and comfortable atmosphere that has a sense of age. The owner is friendly and engages in conversation, making it easy to relax even for first-time visitors. The skewers are all thick and juicy, with umami spreading from the very first bite. In particular, the slightly grilled liver and the well-textured tsukune are so delicious that you'll want to order more. It's also a nice point that you can bring your favorite alcohol and enjoy it at your preferred strength. I had a wonderful night filled with smiles, mingling with local regulars and tourists in a lively atmosphere.

In an izakaya that retains the atmosphere of the Showa era, the first glass of draft beer is exceptionally delicious. The fine bubbles and pleasant aroma showcase the skill of the pour. The dishes mainly feature local vegetables and fresh seafood, and the changing menu based on the day's ingredients is exciting. While the cuisine is centered around Japanese food, there are also subtly Italian and Chinese-inspired dishes, making the combinations enjoyable. The counter is lively with regular customers, creating an atmosphere that makes it easy to feel at home even for first-timers. The tatami room is bustling with banquets, and the warmth of being run by a family, along with the satisfaction of signature dishes like anglerfish hot pot, is wonderful.
