Mie, Japan I went to a two-day collaboration event by Koshiro Niwa and Futa Hamaguchi, a sommelier at BACAR Okinawa! This was the main part of my trip to Ise that I was really looking forward to. After visiting the Ise Jingu shrine, we arrived at the restaurant, which was built with a great atmosphere. Omakase course Mushrooms Chicken Yukke Chicken fritters Hot and hot. The outside is crispy and the inside is soft and delicious. ◇ Negima The portion is large and the meat is tight and delicious. Harami Harami Simmered liver Tsukune Tomato The juicy and plump feeling is very delicious. Pasta with fresh onion Futa's pasta was so delicious that we were happy to have another helping! I wanted to eat more pasta! Risotto The amount of butter seems to be a calorie bomb. Sherbet Tea panna cotta with caramel The tea panna cotta is so delicious that it doesn't need caramel. We were happy to get a refill. I finished the refill without caramel. Sommelier Futa-san recommended wines that were almost as good as the pairings, and it was a very nice evening! The Australian red wine was especially good and I thought I would drink it at home. I hope Futa-san will hold another event in Tokyo.

You can enjoy Italian cuisine that makes the most of the blessings of the land, and each dish has a careful flavor. The first assortment included homemade ham, fried fish, and marinated mushrooms, allowing for a delightful tasting experience. Two types of pasta were served, and one dish featuring seafood from Shima, oysters from Toshi Island, and a hint of citrus was particularly impressive. For the main course, the roast pork from the local area and the perfectly cooked fresh fish highlighted the quality of the ingredients. A fragrant hojicha cold brew was prepared, which paired perfectly with the dishes. There was no skimping on the bread or dessert either, and I was satisfied until the very end.

I used this restaurant when I went back to my hometown. It is very delicious! I remembered my parents bringing me here when I was little and I hadn't been here in over 20 years. I honestly don't remember the taste of the old days, but when I came here again, the atmosphere of the restaurant and the quality of the meat are very good!
