I visited during a trip to Matsumoto that was a celebration of an anniversary. I made a reservation and was guided on time.
All the meat was tender and very delicious. The sauce was to my liking, and I think it was the best flavor I've ever had in yakiniku.
The staff and those working in the kitchen were very friendly, and I truly enjoyed my meal.

They serve freshly fried tempura in order at the counter, which makes me happy every time I eat it. There are also tatami mat seats, allowing for a relaxing atmosphere like home. In addition to tempura rice bowls and set meals, you can also enjoy fish such as sashimi. The tempura has a light and crispy batter, which pairs well with sake. The tempura rice tea at the end is very delicious, and the homemade pickles and miso soup are comforting. I'm glad to be able to enjoy this kind of tempura at the counter in Matsumoto.

The energy from the entrance is palpable, and the counter is comfortable and relaxing. I started with fresh oysters, and the scent of the sea spread gently, making me feel very fresh and happy. They pair excellently with wine, allowing me to enjoy the natural umami as it is. The handmade ankimo (monkfish liver) was rich and creamy, and I felt it was exceptionally delicious. The shabu-shabu enjoyed with lettuce allowed me to try both lamb and pork, and the variations in flavor with the broth, egg, and the fragrant sauces with spices and wasabi were delightful. Fortunately, I also encountered handmade soba, which had a wonderful aroma and a great texture that impressed me.
