Since I was alone, I was worried about whether I could just walk in, so I looked it up and found out there was a reservation form, so I made a reservation and visited. I was guided immediately and ordered sake and soba. After taking a sip of the sake and slurping the soba, the aroma of the sake spread pleasantly throughout my mouth, and it was very enjoyable. I added pickles and horse sashimi, and the horse sashimi had no odor and was very delicious. It was always crowded, but everyone in the restaurant had a calm atmosphere, and I was able to enjoy my meal time leisurely. There were other dishes I wanted to try, so if I have the opportunity, I would like to visit again.

The Margherita has a refreshing acidity from the tomatoes that harmonizes beautifully with the soft texture of the mozzarella, providing a high level of satisfaction. When you drizzle a little honey on the Quattro Formaggi, the combination of saltiness and sweetness creates a delightful flavor. The appetizer of omelet and prosciutto salad was also good, with a nice tang from the sauce. It paired well with the fragrant ale, and I enjoyed it until the very end.
