This time, we made a reservation for a large family of 12. Since there were small children, we were able to use a tatami room in a private setting, allowing us to enjoy our meal without disturbing other customers. The broth, which is truly delicious no matter when you eat it, permeated our bodies and left us in awe. The family members who tried it for the first time were also impressed. The other menu items, such as the shrimp curry and the cutlet curry, featured large shrimp and big cutlets, and they seemed to be very delicious and substantial as well.

Sitting in a quiet private room with a seat where I can stretch my legs, I can see the sea and a yellow train, which lifts my spirits. The first small dish is beautifully presented, and the sense of the dishware is also good, making it enjoyable to the eyes. The warm hot pot made with soy milk has a gentle flavor, and the crispness of the mitsuba and the elasticity of the fresh wheat gluten are pleasant. The sashimi is fresh, and the stone-grilled meat is satisfying even in small portions. The chawanmushi and eggplant gratin also have a careful taste, and I appreciate that each dish is served slowly. They accommodate my preferences, allowing me to relax and enjoy my time with peace of mind.
