It was more than I could have imagined. I can't wait to go back again.

I started with a platter of five types of sashimi and began to feel the deliciousness of this restaurant! The rare cuts in the one-bite series were served hot, and it was a refreshing experience with dishes that truly showcased the flavor of chicken, which you can't find elsewhere! Overall, everything I ate received high praise! I tried a new cut called 'tori techan,' which is different from beef techan but had a similar taste! I highly recommend it! There were some cuts that were sold out and I couldn't try, but next time I definitely want to enjoy the rare cuts and mizutaki! Along with some sake.

The well-maintained old house space is comfortable, and the stylish interior is exciting. You can see the finishing touches over the counter, which is enjoyable to the eyes as well. The appetizer made with local vegetables is fresh and beautifully colorful. The carrot soup is light and fluffy, with a flavor that even those who dislike carrots can easily drink. The duck confit is tender and falls apart with gentle cooking, pairing well with the smooth potato accompaniment. The mandarin compote is fragrant with sansho pepper, making for a refreshing finish.
