Arriving on the Osaka Monorail for the first time, the restaurant has an elegant exterior and is located by a quiet pond. The interior of the restaurant is also lovely, decorated with taiko drums and shamisen (a three-stringed Japanese musical instrument), and beautifully arranged dishes and china. The "Gomori" and "Dashimaki Tamago" that we ordered were delicious with soba sauce and nozawana greens, especially the "Dashimaki Tamago" with its excellent broth. The refined white soba and coarse black soba are also delicious. I have been wanting to visit this restaurant for a long time and am very satisfied with both the food and the service.
