The parent-child owner warmly welcomes you, and the atmosphere is very comfortable. Both the counter and the tatami room are clean, allowing for a relaxing experience. I ordered mainly the recommended ingredients, and each one was fresh and showed great craftsmanship. The flounder has a nice elasticity, the sea bream has a gentle sweetness that spreads, and the unique texture of the engawa and the fluffy anago are also impressive. The fatty tuna melts in your mouth, and the comparison between raw and grilled squid is enjoyable. The takeout menu is also substantial, and the seafood bowl is satisfying with plenty of ingredients.

The homemade udon noodles are a highlight, showcasing a dedication to noodle-making. The katsu don has a great balance of umami, sweetness, and saltiness, and it was very delicious. The meat was so tender that it could be cut easily with a spoon, which made me feel happy. The egg soup had a strong dashi aroma, and in the evening, it transforms into an izakaya style with a wide variety of dishes and a live fish tank, which is exciting.
