A barbecue restaurant that the whole family visits once a year on a special day. Once again, I was very satisfied!
The meat was all tender and juicy. The sauce, in particular, was incredibly delicious and made the rice go down easily!
And this time, I tried 'Chijimi' for the first time... and it was amazing! Crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside, I've never had such delicious Chijimi before. It's a flavor that you definitely can't replicate at home. I absolutely want to order it again next time!
It's a favorite restaurant for the whole family. I'm looking forward to coming back next year.

The dishes were beautifully presented and delicious. We had a course with appetizers, pasta, pizza, a main dish, homemade bread, wine, and dessert. The steamed oysters and the cream pasta with shrimp and scallops in the appetizer were particularly delicious.

I haven't had good liver in a long time because of all the chain yakitori restaurants I've been going to lately! I wanted to try the morning ground chicken sashimi, but they didn't carry it and that was my only regret.
I would like to go there again when I visit Shiga!

It is a specialty store for horse sashimi, where you can enjoy a variety of fresh selections, both in platters and individually. The marbled meat, lean meat, double fat, mane, and even raw liver all have a distinct umami flavor, which pairs well with sweet soy sauce and ginger. The double fat and mane gradually melt with time, improving the texture in your mouth. There is also a selection of sake available, allowing for various pairings with the dishes, which was satisfying.

In a small shop, the quiet atmosphere is pleasant. The first dish has a solid content, and the fried skewers were crispy. The sashimi platter had large pieces, and the flavor of the marinated mackerel particularly stood out. The omelet with spicy cod roe was so delicious that I couldn't stop using my chopsticks, thanks to the fluffy eggs. The dish of grilled chicken thigh with yuzu pepper released umami with every bite, and the aroma was irresistible. There were plenty of drink options, the food was served quickly, and I was able to relax and enjoy throughout.
