I had made a reservation, so I was guided right away. The salad with delicious dressing was, of course, tasty, and the pasta was also delicious. There was a variety of bread available for unlimited servings, and everything was delicious. I will go again.

This is a pleasant shop located in a calm area near Izumo Taisha. The interior makes use of an old house, and the tableware and glasses are well thought out, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The pace of the dishes is just right, with the next plate arriving at the perfect timing. The clam and new onion mousse, a plate of white squid, and sautéed sea bream were all impressive in texture and aroma. The braised beef cheek was tender and melt-in-your-mouth, while the venison released more flavor with each bite. The final dessert, Izumo matcha gelato, was particularly delightful, leaving me with a happy feeling even after finishing.

It is said to be the only 100% buckwheat noodle shop near Izumo Taisha. I waited in line for about 30 minutes before I could enter. I ordered the large serving of the four-tiered wariko soba, and I was able to eat it all quite easily. It was fun to learn the unique way of eating wariko soba. The recommended topping is shrimp tempura scraps.
