An Italian restaurant featuring local ingredients
Cucina Cantare is an Italian restaurant that lavishly uses local ingredients from Ota City. Here, you can enjoy a wide variety of dishes made with Shimane Wagyu, Iwami Pork, and freshly grown vegetables from their own farm. The chef's recommended original beer pairs perfectly with the hearty spare ribs and pasta dishes that highlight local products.
I stopped by a stylish café by the sea, drawn in by the view. From the large windows, a panoramic view of the Sea of Japan unfolds, and just sitting at the table lifts my spirits. Sitting on the terrace, the sea breeze is pleasant, and I couldn't help but relax. The spicy curry with pufferfish and vegetables has just the right amount of heat, and the fried pufferfish is surprisingly juicy. The pancakes I ordered for dessert are fluffy, with the richness of the butter adding a nice touch. The bright staff's service is also attentive, and I think it's a wonderful place where you can enjoy both the view and the food.
