Sitting at the counter, I am excited to see the owner leisurely handling the teppan right in front of me. The okonomiyaki, with its layers of batter and noodles, is fluffy on the inside while being crispy on the outside, and the flavor of the pork is thoroughly infused. The subtle aroma of garlic that spreads at the finish adds a nice accent, making it impossible to put down my chopsticks. Adding sauce or mayonnaise according to my preference changes the flavor, allowing me to enjoy it without getting bored until the end. There are comics available, so I don't feel bored while waiting for my food to cook, and I can relax. Chatting with the friendly owner is also pleasant, and dining here makes my memories of walking around the town even more enjoyable.
