A long counter catches my eye, and I can sit comfortably. Even when it's crowded, the service is smooth, which is great because I don't get tired of waiting. The Iga beef hamburger is firm and juicy, and it pairs perfectly with the homemade demi-glace. There are several small dishes included, with colorful pickles and tofu in sauce, making the variety of flavors enjoyable. The assortment of fried foods is also delightful; the horse mackerel is fluffy, the chicken is tender, the crab cream is creamy, and the shrimp is undeniably delicious. The vegetables are from Hachioji, and the rice is from Iga, and I can be satisfied with the cake and coffee after the meal.
