You can see the river and mountain range from the large windows, making it a very pleasant place to spend time. There are quiet private rooms available, and the atmosphere is calm. The dishes make use of ingredients from Toyama, and you can feel the careful craftsmanship in each one. The sashimi, marinated in kelp, is rich in flavor and pairs perfectly with the rice cooked in a clay pot. You can also enjoy a well-balanced selection of freshly steamed fish cakes, small side dishes, miso soup, and pickles.
