We are proud to offer a different course every month. Please enjoy seasonal ingredients. The contents of the hot pot can be changed by your request such as shabu-shabu or seafood yose-nabe for an additional charge. Please feel free to inquire. Appetizer: 3 kinds of appetizers, 5 pieces of sashimi, char-grilled meat, seasonal tempura, simmered seasonal vegetables, and takikomi-gohan (boiled rice) *In winter, we will prepare chicken mizutaki (chicken stew). Standard course of HIKURASHIRAI. All-you-can-drink menu is available for an additional 2,800 yen per person. Rice dishes can be changed to shabu-shabu, seafood yose-nabe, or other dishes upon request for an additional charge. Please feel free to inquire.
The course is full of our specialty, torafugu (blowfish). Charcoal grilled milt is also available. Charged separately. All-you-can-drink menu is available for 2,800 yen. Appetizer: Fugu simmered in ponzu sauce with frozen fugu skin, fugu tessa, fugu deep-fried fugu, taketochiri pot with rice topped with zosui (sweet rice porridge) *Seating is for 2.5 hours.
This is a course in which you can enjoy natural suppon (soft-shelled turtle) hot pot full of collagen. You can enjoy the collagen oozing into the soup stock without wasting it until the end of the course with zosui (rice porridge). An all-you-can-drink menu is available for an additional 2,800 yen.
