The friendly Italian owner skillfully fused Japanese yakitori with Italian flavors, allowing me to enjoy dishes I had never tasted before. It was a happy moment, enjoying it visually and savoring it with my taste buds.

A yakitori restaurant where wine is better suited than beer This restaurant had a stall at the recent Yakitori Guru's meeting. The location is across from the Miyakobashi shopping street in Noge, and the sign "Yakitori no Mise, grilling birds of the world" may ring a bell with many people. This restaurant is run by Marco, a world champion of fresh pasta and a native of Turin, Italy, and both the owner and employees are Italian. The trademark is the red cook's coat. This is a restaurant that destroys the concept of yakitori and serves chicken from all over the world in various cooking methods. Omakase Course: 9 pieces (1,500 yen) Chicken Tsukune in tomato sauce Celeri and shishito pepper with basil sauce (yuzu kosho) Tandoori chicken and cream cheese Okra stuffed with minced chicken and sweet shrimp Bonjiri wrapped with prosciutto ham Chicken thigh fondue with cheese Gizzards with balsamic sauce Chicken wings with BBQ sauce Smoked duck The presentation is excellent, with duck meat served smoked like at the popular yakiniku restaurant "Kenshiro" in Nishi-Azabu (Image 1), and two buckets after enjoying chicken thigh like cheese fondue (Images 2 and 3), to keep you from getting bored. Again, when I looked at the photos after finishing the meal, a few items were missing, but I hope you can guess from the names of the dishes (as is often the case at yakitori restaurants). The restaurant has about 15 seats, including counter seats and table seats, and is a great place to visit during a stroll in Noge.

All the recommended yakitori was delicious! The grilling was exquisite, and I was very satisfied. The smoked duck at the end was an experiential delight that doubled the deliciousness.

I thought it might be too early to make a reservation at 5 PM, but it was the right choice! I was able to enjoy yakitori slowly during a time when it wasn't crowded. The carbonara was also very delicious!

I visited with two male friends and had a very enjoyable conversation with the master. The Italian wine was delicious, so we ended up drinking two bottles. I think the course was worth more than the price. I would like to try the pasta next time.

A friend recommended a delicious yakitori restaurant to me, so I visited there for dinner. We were able to enjoy a relaxing meal in the stylish atmosphere of the restaurant. We had a course meal and a glass of wine, all of which were delicious and very satisfying. Among them, there was okra with minced chicken and shrimp, topped with caviar. The plump shrimp texture remained, and the sweetness of the shrimp and juicy flavor of the meat filled my mouth.
