This is a signature dish created by the Yakitori Bonkura group. It features a low odor typical of chicken meat, and is characterized by being low in fat and low in calories. This local chicken has an extremely tender texture and rich flavor. The fried chicken has a crispy texture on the outside and is juicy and tender on the inside.
Originally originating from Kyushu, this stewed meat dish was brought to Kansai where shijimi was added. It uses carefully selected large shijimi clams. Please enjoy the taste all the way to the final addition of zosui!
