The special shumai made with Iwanaka pork, inherited from Minion Sakanoue, is a luxurious dumpling hand-kneaded with minced meat from four carefully selected parts of Iwanaka pork combined with secret ingredients. This meat-rich special shumai, unlike typical shumai, is enjoyed with super-rich soy sauce from Nagasaki and high-quality pepper from Wakayama Prefecture. 160 yen each.
