Sushi Restaurant Hidden in a Residential Area
It is tucked away in a place where you might get a little lost.
The cozy restaurant with a counter seating 8
warmth of the wood.
We had the omakase course!
18 dishes + my companion stopped eating nigiri in the middle of the course.
I had to eat two pieces of nigiri each.
But it was so delicious that I was greedy!
It was a good restaurant as the word of mouth says!
What impressed me was the stickiness of the prawns.
It stays in your mouth! I am so happy!
The red vinegar was effective and the fish was large, so I was quite satisfied.
I found a handsome sushi restaurant that I like.

I went to Ebisu, even though it was during the summer vacation, just to have a bowl of "Chateaubriand no Gokumi-Don", which is limited to 5 servings at one restaurant and is featured in a certain magazine.
As it was Obon week, we arrived at the restaurant 10 minutes early, but when the restaurant opened, there was a line of more than 10 people. It is indeed a popular restaurant.
After waiting for about 30 minutes for a bowl of rice, corn tea, salad, and soup were served while we waited, so we felt just fine without feeling hungry or bored.
The rice bowl you are looking for offers chateaubriand cooked in two different ways: cutlet and steak. When eaten with truffle-scented rice, it is simply superb. We ate it with condiments such as sansho (Japanese pepper) and wasabi (Japanese horseradish), and at the end, we poured broth over it like hitsu-mabushi.
The price of 1,500 yen for an after-meal dessert was a real bargain. You need a ticket with Tokare to eat it, but it is well worth it even if you have to buy it.

A high-class tempura restaurant. The owner of this restaurant is not a typical "owner of a high-class restaurant," but he is polite and soft-spoken to first-timers, and the service by the proprietress is warm and welcoming. In such an atmosphere, the owner always provides a high level of food without wavering. This is a great place to go when you don't want to miss out on anything.

Half Pairings
Meatless French
Some of the dishes could be considered Japanese if only the container was changed. There were also some dishes that could be called "Japanese food" if only the dishes were changed.
The most delicious dishes were
Blue-finned squid, bud leaf, and yogurt sauce.
White fish, quail egg, ciboulette
Sake lees, kumquat, condensed milk
Sake lees, kumquat, condensed milk
But overall, the quality of the dishes is very high, and although there is a lack of meat, you will not get tired of eating.
The quantity of food is satisfying enough, as there are two or three plates like the main fish dish.
All the paired wines were very good.
I think the range of wine tastes is narrow, but all the wines were in my strike zone.
The only wine I really don't like is the one with sherry aroma,
I guess it's because I usually go to restaurants with counter seating, but it looked even cooler to be in an unusual space.

Visité por primera vez.
Considerando la ubicación en Daikanyama y el nivel de la comida, es una felicidad poder comer aquí por este precio.
Gracias.

I was impressed by the creative dishes with Japanese and ethnic influences!
It has been about a year since I first learned of the restaurant's existence last year, and my wish came true when I visited here.
I had a craving for that curly cappellini.
We were served the omakase course (6,500 yen) with recommended drinks as a pairing.
I was served the recommended sake in a pairing style.
First course
We started with the cappellini!
I almost screamed with excitement when it came out.
It was such a long plate that I wondered what else it would be used for. LOL!
I don't usually eat pasta that often, but cappellini is my favorite!
The noodles are cold and firm.
Sea bream on top.
The aroma of olive oil when you put it in your mouth is very nice!
The second dish
A bright green smoothie in a shot glass.
The mix of garland chrysanthemum, lemon, and kiwi is crisp and refreshing!
Item 3
There is a sauce of minced surumeika with squid smear under the taro.
On top is cilantro sauce.
I want another bowl of this, I want a bowl of this. LOL!
The aroma of cilantro is also a hit.
Item 4.
Western-style chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) made with consommé.
There are a lot of ginkgo nuts in it.
Bacon and prosciutto ham are on top, which also goes well with the dish.
Yuzu citron peel is used as an accent.
Item 5.
Hirame no Mikuei (Hirame Meat Mignonette)!
I've always loved white fish, but I can safely say that this is the most delicious fish I've ever had!
Underneath is radish sauce and herb oil.
Item 6.
Sea eel fritters with a very nice aroma of sesame oil!
Kale all around.
The batter is light and crispy, and the conger eel meat is fluffy (second time today).
Served with Madira sauce, which is often used with foie gras and other dishes.
Item 7.
Crab is bubbling! The menu item I thought was a risotto.
This lovely crab is a seiko crab.
The risotto is made with Nepalese pepper, which has a citrus aroma, and is rich and tasty, with a punch of flavor.
Item 8.
Chrysanthemum Potage. A must for potato lovers!
Lots of potato chips and truffles on top!
Burrata lurks inside.
Item 9.
Foie gras brûlée, which I had heard was delicious from an acquaintance.
The top is sweet and crispy. The rich taste of foie gras makes me happy.
The espresso bread underneath has a nice aroma of coffee and a slight bitterness,
The espresso bread underneath has a nice coffee aroma and a slight bitterness that balances the richness of the brûlée very nicely.
Item 10.
Pasta with a Chinese or ethnic flavor.
The ingredients used are bamboo shoots, butterbur sprouts, and sakura shrimps.
The aroma of cilantro and fennel gives it an ethnic flavor!
The noodles are also very firm!
I could easily eat it even though my stomach was already full! Delicious!
Item 11.
Meat! Sharan Duck with straw roast.
Tender, juicy and delicious!
The Inca Mezame sauce in the middle was slightly sweet and just the way I like it! (Sweet potato lovers rejoice!)
Duck and Inca Mezame are my favorite combination.
Item 12
A lovely dessert was served.
Camembert cheesecake and salted milk ice cream.
The taste of Camembert is very rich and mature cheesecake!
And it's delicious on its own,
It is also delicious on its own or with salted milk ice cream, which adds a sweetness to it!
Served with blood orange sauce.
It is not restricted to the "Italian" genre,
I could feel many Japanese and ethnic elements in this dish.
This course was, to put it mildly, too good for the price.
The wine selections to match the dishes were all new to me and delicious.
I thought, "You know what I like...? I liked them all so much that I thought, "You know what I like...?
I was especially surprised by the pink-labeled sake (it's actually sake!!!!). I was so surprised by the pink-labeled sake!
It was like wine!
I can see why it is so popular, as we had 6 glasses of sake and each person paid around 16,000 yen.
We were really very satisfied with the restaurant!

Steak grilled in a furnace oven, a rarity in Tokyo
Near station from Nakameguro. A stylish restaurant in the basement.
The waitress welcomes you comfortably.
I was excited to see my first steak cooked in a furnace oven!
I heard it is rare in Tokyo!
It was so delicious that I had to add more!
After all, it's a thick slice of tongue!
The outside is crispy, but the inside is so moist!
What a difference just by grilling it in a furnace oven!
This is too delicious!
The comparison of sirloin steak and filet steak is so gorgeous that you can't choose between the two.
The price of the course is very reasonable and satisfying considering what you get!
I can't wait to go back again!

【Tokyo Ebisu】
Opening on April 11, 2024!
Now a must-reserve and always fully booked! A popular izakaya in Ebisu.
With plenty of seating at the counter, tables, private rooms, and a terrace in front of the entrance, it's very convenient.
Famous for its three signature dishes: oden, wagyu yukke, and Himarido's potato salad. Of course, there are many other delicious dishes to choose from, making it quite a dilemma.
A la carte
◇ Appetizer: Chawanmushi
Cold chawanmushi. The egg is like a pudding, with tuna and olives adding a stylish and rich flavor.
◇ Himarido's Potato Salad with Iburi-gakko
The potato salad made with the famous oden broth has a gentle taste, and the texture and flavor of iburi-gakko are exquisitely delicious.
◇ Oden: Daikon and Tororo Kombu
The volume of daikon! Oden during this cold season is exceptional.
◇ Beef Tendon Gratin
Perfect for cold winters. The rich cheese flavor is reminiscent of béchamel sauce and is addictive.
◇ Shrimp Chili
Sweeter than expected sauce, sure to be liked by everyone.
◇ Kinpira with Chicken Neck and Burdock
A slightly stronger flavor that seems to appeal to drinkers. The chicken neck is delicious and makes you want more. Haha.
◇ Salt Fried Chicken Thigh (4 pieces)
Very juicy and hot. The meat is large, providing a satisfying bite.
◇ Mini Ramen in Broth
An easy-to-eat size for a finish. The gentle broth is so good that you want to drink it all.
◇ Homemade Chicken Soboro Rice Bowl
Visually stunning. The chicken soboro is seasoned just right, and you mix in the raw egg on top.
◇ Tiramisu
Mascarpone? Cream cheese? Anyway, it's rich and satisfying. The volume is also more than enough for satisfaction.
◇ Draft Beer
With a reservation at 20:30 today, I was already very hungry, and I enjoyed a main course of drinks <<< rice until I was full.
Of course, it was great to freely enjoy a la carte, but there are also very cost-effective 2-hour all-you-can-drink courses perfect for year-end and New Year parties starting from 4000 yen (tax included 4400 yen), so everyone should definitely try it!

I don't drink alcohol either.
I don't drink alcohol, so it's rare for us to go to this kind of restaurant,

A wide repertoire of duck dishes
Enjoy duck dishes - one of my favorite gibier dishes!
Kamosuki course (5,000 yen).
The first dish to be served was macarons with duck liver paste.
You can choose your favorite flavor from a box of macarons.
I went for the seasonal cherry flavor!
The duck on the plate is cute.
There is a wide variety of appetizers.
The duck skewers are too juicy to forget,,
The orange mustard on the meat of the leg is a perfect match with the orange mustard.
Of course, the thigh meat is delicious,
What particularly impressed me was the tsukune!
You can eat as much as you want, so much so that it can no longer be certified as a drink.
I asked them to change the salad to raw oysters for +500 yen. Delicious!
The main dish was duck sukiyaki!
The duck is quickly grilled on a hot iron plate, then dipped in a sweet and spicy sauce with a thick egg yolk!
How could it not be delicious?
The duck dumplings are also fluffy and delicious.
Vegetables that have absorbed the duck fat are also great.
I thought about having truffle tkg to finish, but I was attracted by the duck ramen, so I decided to go with the basic dish.
The duck broth is perfect for the end of the meal.
My friend chose curry.
We ordered the seared duck breast yukaye as an addition to the course menu.
When a raw meat lover hears the word "Yukke," he has no choice but to eat it!
The restaurant serves only courses until 8:30 pm.
I can't help but notice the rolled egg, however, baked right in front of me,
I would like to come back during the a la carte hours as well!
Macarons
Duck cured ham with caviar in duck broth flan
Smoked hearty confit, duck bacon croque-monsieur, cheese of the day
*Three types of duck skewers: duck breast, duck thigh, duck tsukune
