Using carefully selected seasonal ingredients, this course is sure to be a very satisfying and well-received meal. [All menu items are examples] We use our original fresh pasta made by rolling out the dough with a unique rolling pin. The handmade fresh pasta, which can only be enjoyed because it is made by hand, pairs well with the tomato sauce, has a chewy texture, and is very satisfying to eat.
