"Ugakido Oyamada Branch" is a long-established Japanese restaurant founded in the 10th year of the Meiji era, specializing in udon and soba, and offering creative dishes that make use of seasonal ingredients. In particular, dishes using clams are well-regarded and have been loved by local people for many years. Additionally, as a contribution to sustainable fishing, the restaurant also engages in initiatives that emphasize collaboration with the community, such as offering limited-time menus that utilize underutilized and low-utilization fish.
