Primarily using 'Oshu Iwaidori' from Iwate Prefecture, we grill each recommended skewer according to the customer's pace. We accept orders starting from five pieces per person. We also offer a stop system that includes seasonal vegetable skewers.
Our "Kashiwa" shines with its skewering technique, please be sure to try it!
Please enjoy it with the egg yolk from the bamboo chicken of Zao. Remove it from the skewer, cut it into bite-sized pieces with chopsticks, and dip it into the egg yolk for a good coating.
Blanched and soaked overnight in a special kombu dashi. Enjoy it as a palate cleanser between yakitori.
Grilled chicken skin over charcoal, sliced into thin strips. The crispy texture is delightful, and the flavor is juicy and rich. Enjoy it refreshingly with ponzu sauce.
Sasa Nishiki, with the umami of rice blended in, offers a soft mouthfeel. Perfect sake for pairing with food.
The fruity aroma spreads quickly and then fades, with a refreshing citrus-like acidity that enhances the crisp finish. The ultimate food pairing sake.
Miyama Nishiki, with a soft mouthfeel, gradually reveals the umami of the rice. It has a good body and sharpness.
Junmai Ginjo sake made using 'Kame no O', one of Japan's three major sake rice varieties.
