There are many options for sauces and ingredients, which is exciting. The tomato cream with sea urchin had a perfect balance of moderate spiciness and richness, and I was very satisfied. The spicy dish was stimulating and made me want to keep eating. The pasta with egg yolk, where cheese is shaved right in front of you, becomes creamy as soon as you mix it. The oil pasta with clams and garlic also has a nice light spicy accent. There are seats where you can see the cooking process, and dipping bread in the sauce is irresistible.
