The breakfast buffet features a beautiful array of Japanese and Western dishes, making it enjoyable just to look at. The staff is very kind, which lifts my spirits in the morning. The omelet from the live kitchen was fluffy and creamy, with an irresistible texture. I also enjoyed the salad leaves, and the fruit, especially the pineapple, left a strong impression. The bread was flavorful, making me feel happy in the morning. True to Nagasaki, there was also sara udon, which I couldn't resist reaching for.
