The Nanko plum chawanmushi has a perfect blend of sweetness and acidity, refreshing the palate. I can't forget the crunchy texture of the seaweed and the deep richness of the clam's first broth. I'm delighted to enjoy authentic sushi during my travels, and I will likely remember this on my next trip to Nagasaki.
