An upscale Korean crab specialty restaurant

Shinsakokkedan is the first location in Japan of a popular Korean restaurant specializing in ganjang gejang (soy sauce marinated crab). The variety of dishes made with blue crabs is enticing, and the freshness and flavor of the ganjang gejang are exceptional. Additionally, you can enjoy a crab hot pot filled with crab essence and an all-you-can-eat selection of traditional Korean side dishes.

When I got off the elevator in the building, I was confused by the row of doors, but once I entered, it was spacious and stylish. The seats were clean and comfortable, and I could easily place an order from the QR code on the table. The signature dish here, Ganjang Gejang, has an irresistible deliciousness with its rich crab roe and fresh meat. Mixing rice with the crab shell and wrapping it in seaweed instantly elevates the happiness level. I also ordered Ganjang Saeu, and I was satisfied with its chewy texture. The blue crab stew had a pleasantly flavorful broth, and I could thoroughly enjoy the crab meat.
