What stood out to me in particular were the roasted organic vegetables, the cod milt croquette, the sake lees gnocchi, and the homemade herb pappardelle. Everything I ate was delicious, but the pasta, in particular, allowed me to truly enjoy the flavors of the vegetables and ingredients in a way that I could never experience elsewhere.
