Kameya Ryoucho's Summer Festival and the Kibune River
I think everyone must have uttered "wow" the moment they opened the box.
That's how beautifully they are made down to the smallest detail.
Summer Festival
This one is so vivid and impressive!
Not only red goldfish, but also black goldfish are there.
It is made of amber jelly, and the texture is like hard agar or hard yokan.
I wasn't very good at scooping goldfish, because they broke the tamen right away...
I have one goldfish at home that I took at the summer festival, and it has lived for more than 10 years now!
The size of the goldfish is 10 times...20 times bigger than back then...(sweat)
Kibune River
The Kibune River is represented by two layers of mochi yokan and nishikidama-jyokan, a sweetfish and green maple are represented by yokan, and the stones at the bottom of the river are represented by azuki beans.
It tastes a little like hard agar and hard yokan.
The azuki accents the ayu in all the right places, making it interesting to eat!
It is fine at room temperature, but it tastes cooler and tastier if you cool it down a little before eating it♪
It is visually pleasing to the eye!
