A unique blend of Scottish Premium Lager. Full-bodied but easy-drinking, St. Mungo is a hybrid between a true Bavarian Helles and a Northern German Pilsner. Ultra-trendy grape varietal which has been grown in the South of France for over 400 years offering something a little different, it is light and delicate in style with a hint of peach and apricot on the finish.
An obscure grape from the South of France that might, or might not, be the parent of Sauvignon Blanc. All we know is it delivers exotic aromas of rhubarb and passionfruit, which is a perfect match with the grilled mussels.
Don't be an ABC (anything but chardonnay). This is what the French do best - pure, clean chardonnay flavors of baked green apple and apricot, a great alternative to Chablis.
Ripe capsicum, gooseberries, limes and lime, on the nose, flinty with notes of tomato leaf. The palate displays gooseberries, currants and limes. A round but crisp palate with a nice backbone of acidity followed by a weighty, fresh lime and gooseberry finish.

Tropical peach flavors and some bees wax to almonds and marzipan from the oak barrels. The time on lees adds wonderful texture and minerality to the wine that strikes the right balance between fruit and oak.

Produced from grapes of several vineyards, 'Salluvii' refers to the Ancient name of the people of the Gavi region. Clean and fresh with aromas of fruit and a good mouthfeel.

From 55 year old vines. Rich and generous on the aroma, but still light and delicate. Lovely, pure fruit combined with a classic, flinty finish.

On the nose, this wine has aromas of red and black cherry fruit with notes of liquorice and leather. In the mouth, it is soft and rich with finely balanced tannins and good length.
An exceptional wine from the oldest vines on the property, Cépage is 75% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Merlot. Handpicked grapes are fermented in stainless steel, then aged in French oak barrels for two years before bottling without filtration. Very deep in colour with an attractive, full bouquet mature and firm with well-rounded tannins and layers of complex elegance. This wine can be enjoyed now, but also has good capability for aging.
The second wine of Chateau Phelan Segur. Rich and soft with well-balanced tannins exhibiting hallmark flavors of cedar and blackcurrants. Soft and smooth as velvet, a joy!

An exceptional wine from the oldest vines on the property, Cépage is 75% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Merlot. Handpicked grapes are fermented in stainless steel, then aged in French oak barrels for two years before bottling without filtration. Very deep in colour with an attractive, full bouquet mature and firm with well-rounded tannins and layers of complex elegance. This wine can be enjoyed now, but also has good capability for aging.
The second wine of Chateau Phelan Segur. Rich and soft with well-balanced tannins exhibiting hallmark flavors of cedar and blackcurrants. Soft and smooth as velvet, a joy!

An obscure grape from the South of France that might, or might not, be the parent of Sauvignon Blanc. All we know is it delivers exotic aromas of rhubarb and passionfruit, which is a perfect match with the grilled mussels.
