"Extreme" Course ■ Selected Beef Tartare Served with chips fried in caviar and Tajima beef fat. ■ Kimchi and Bean Sprout Spinach Namul ■ Today's Salt Grilled ・ Premium Tongue Salt It's delicious when enjoyed with branded wasabi. ・ Misuji ・ Shinshin ■ Salad Salad with onion dressing ■ Today's Chef's Recommended Yakiniku ・ Sirloin The fat is rich, and it tastes even better when paired with wasabi. ■ 100% Tajima Beef Hamburger Juicy with meat juices. The inside is slightly medium-rare. It's a dish that makes you crave rice. Although the base of the course remains unchanged, the lineup changes almost daily, so you can enjoy it no matter when you visit. I heard that producers often come to the restaurant, and on the day I visited, they were actually there, which made me feel a strong commitment.

This is a hidden gem located in an alley in Akasaka, and the moment you open the black door, you feel a thrill. When you sit at the counter, the meat master cuts and serves the Wagyu right in front of you with the perfect level of doneness, creating a special experience. The first dish that appeared, the sirloin yukke, paired perfectly with the rich egg yolk, and I was moved by its melting sweetness. The grilled meat, which varies in origin and cut for each part, is aromatic, allowing you to fully enjoy each individual characteristic. The hamburger, made without any fillers, concentrates the flavor of the meat, and the combination with the Hatcho miso sauce was surprisingly delicious. The final dish, the mackerel dashi cold noodles, spreads the refreshing flavors of Kujo green onions and ume shiso, leaving you feeling happy until the very end.
