Kōenji Yakiniku Kokochi Honten

At the 'Yakiniku Kokochi Main Store', the omakase course allows you to enjoy over 10 types of meat that change daily. The meat is cut just before seasoning, and the kalbi is carefully marinated one piece at a time by gently massaging the sauce into it. The sauce is completed after minimal cooking and resting for several weeks, and it is served with different combinations of sesame oil, garlic, and other ingredients for each type of meat.

The interior has a warm and calm atmosphere, with counter seats as the main focus. It is a clean space with a total ban on smoking, accommodating only 16 seats for a small number of guests. A relaxed time flows, making it an attractive homey atmosphere perfect for dates or meals with friends.
