Gami Bunsik

The signature menu of this restaurant features handmade fresh noodles used in udon and bibim-myeon, characterized by a chewy texture, as well as special Heisen wagyu rice balls. In particular, the rice balls made with wagyu are exquisite, filled generously with tender beef inside glutinous rice.

The interior has a warm atmosphere that evokes nostalgic memories of student days. For the locals, the unchanged taste and ambiance are one of its attractions.

Kamei Bunshoku has been operated by the current owner for over 30 years, supporting the local flour-based food culture. The reason it has garnered support from many people is its continued commitment to handmade flavors over the years.

Mr. Kim Jong-hwan, in his late 60s, continues to have a passion for preserving traditional flavors.
