[No.6 There were a lot of sake, but I didn't know what any of them were, so I asked, "I'm a sake novice, do you have any recommendations for me ......?" I asked him. And the No. 6 came out! This sake was unbelievably easy to drink! I only want to drink this one more! I liked it so much that I want to drink nothing else but this! It was really delicious! It was so sweet! Akita Prefecture is amazing. That's what rice and beauty are all about. It was very interesting that the owner explained about this sake before drinking it. That was super fun. I also enjoyed the sake cups. The okara (bean curd) served as an accompaniment is genius. I hope to win the whimsical potato salad someday. The garlic miso with the horse sashimi was too good 🐴and I ate it with sesame soup again......... too good to be true......... #So_1F376

Sake, snacks, and soba noodles If you order sake, you will hear a story about the sake. You can drink it while thinking about the background of the sake. You can also choose your own sake cup from a variety of sake cups, which makes the sake more and more fun to drink. I had a fantastic potato salad from Kuchiiwa, which I learned about a year ago is something you can't have even if you wish for it (and it's not even a potato salad!)! Hida beef A5 corned beef! It's already established that it's delicious!) ) came out from the back of the restaurant, I was very impressed. I thought it was a miracle that I could come to the restaurant at the best time 😭Thank you 😭I had boiled peanuts for the first time and they were delicious.... I love the way they are buried in the shell. I wanted to sleep on the soft and fluffy tempura of the conger eel. Fluffy! I was so excited at the beauty of the beef loin that I was tearing up. And now..! The last one! We finished with soba noodles! Oh, everything is so delicious! I'm so happy~~! Next time, I want to bring my sister who has turned 20 years old. #So_1F376

Grilled Shiitake Mushrooms I am always excited to see the first dish that arrives when I sit down. On this day, it was marinated boiled peanuts and mushrooms. It's good to eat them while breaking the shells with your bare hands. I ordered grilled shiitake mushrooms with excitement, not knowing that half of the people in the restaurant were of the type that cannot eat mushrooms. We had a lot of juicy (bamboo)(big slip) dashimaki, horse sashimi, soba noodles, and sake. It was eternally delicious🥲Yamamoto, that's it🥲. #🥢 #🥜 #🍶

Dongko mushrooms with pork. I think it's an incorrect metaphor, but it was a shiitake mushroom that looked like a hamburger steak. I love shiitake mushrooms, so I was very happy. The appetizers are different every time they come, which is exciting and tasty. The last dish was sesame soup. Sesame soup was delicious. The finely sliced cucumber was so genius that I wanted to make it more cucumber! If you want to splurge a little, go to Kuchiiwa! #🥒

Kake and mini tempura bowls. I thought, "I don't think I'll be able to eat soba any more this year - it's getting cold and I want to eat it. It's nice to meet you, Kakesoba. It was so delicious that it melted. Really, like melting. And it melted. The repetitive side jump with the mini-tendon, which is only available for lunch, was also a sheer joy. It's over the New Year (at the beginning of December). #🥢

Asparagus and vegetable tempura When I come to Kuchiiwa, if I get lost, it's like sesame soup...! It's always so delicious that I can't help smiling. It's so good! The asparagus was also very sweet and juicy and not the asparagus I know. ...... Especially the root of the asparagus? The bottom part? Too good......Congratulations on your Bib Gourmand too㊗️㊗️ #🥢

Pork Zaru My hair has grown long and it's been a while since I had lunch at Kuchiiwa. It was my first time to try Pork Zaru. I was so grateful to be able to enjoy soba noodles and pork together without being stingy. The significance of leek and mizuna. It is always delicious. #🐷

Tenzaru Soba Noodles On a hot day, I felt like eating soba noodles. I was a little nervous to be seated at the counter for the first time, but at the same time, I was happy to know that the soba was always boiled rhythmically like this! I was also happy to know that they were always boiling Soba noodles in such a rhythmical way. I was also nervous because it was my first time to eat soba other than sesame soup. Tempura is delicious. I would like to visit again during the season of new buckwheat noodles. #So_1F990
