The service is very polite, and you can enjoy your time comfortably from the moment you enter. The atmosphere is easy to enjoy even if you're alone, and you can take your time savoring the thick cuts of meat. The ultra-rare black wagyu beef loin tataki bowl has a perfect level of cooking, and it's tender and irresistible. The bowl comes with a tail soup that is filled with chunks of meat, providing a satisfying experience. The weekly special beef tongue stew, when chosen with stone grilling, stays hot until the end, and it pairs excellently with spinach. Reservations can be made conveniently through the web or Instagram, and since it's popular, it's reassuring to arrange it in advance.
