=========================================== <和歌山→和歌山市> 🚩Hamano Genre→Yakiniku, Izakaya Open Monday-Sunday (17.30-24.00) L.O.→23.00 Vacation]→open irregularly Seats 💺→86 seats 🚬→Smoking allowed in all areas 🚬. =========================================== Hamano 🥩🍺, a barbecue and izakaya (Japanese style bar) located about 700m from Wakayama City Station. We had a meat festival in Sennan this time, and we had a great meal there, so we'd like to introduce the restaurant to you 😊. Thick-cut aged beef tongue 🥩¥-1,400 The thick-cut matured beef tongue here seems to be so excellent that it has appeared at previous meat festivals, and in the past, people had to wait in line for an hour and a half 😮. They carefully select the thickness and cut of the beef tongue and age it to reproduce the tenderness and exquisite flavor 🤔. They also call it the specialty of Wakayama, Kishu 🤔. By the way, it was also listed as one of the specialties in the food log 😊. The menu also includes a 5-course yakiniku course and other courses that the manager leaves to you 😊. <<<<<<<<<<<<<<< <感想>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> It smells and looks juicy, well charred, thick and delicious looking 🤤. As you can see in the video, it's extremely soft and pulled w The taste is so good that when you bite into it, your mouth explodes with the flavor of the meat and your eyes open 🤔. I can't get enough of that flavor from the charcoal grill, this taste is so good without anything on it 😆. The texture was as expected, plump and juicy, and to my surprise, I could cut it just by lightly pressing it with my front teeth 😆. It's been a while since I ate meat that I could chew with my front teeth 😆🥩. The inside of the beef tongue, which is about 2cm thick, is probably packed with flavor and condensed 😊. It cost me 1,400 yen for three pieces, but I was satisfied with the taste👍 <<<<<<<<<<<<<<< <感想>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> I haven't had beef tongue this good in a long time, probably because I think all the yakiniku here is cooked very well. I will try Hamano's Yakiniku Restaurant when I visit the Wakayama area 😊. I recommend it to anyone who wants to eat delicious beef tongue👍

Hamanos's Four Major Specialties

The four major specialties were born from the desire to let you enjoy yakiniku that you can't find at other restaurants. At the Meat Festival Tokyo, the 'Aged Toro Beef Tongue - Bekotan' created a long line with a 2-hour wait. The four major specialties are beloved masterpieces by everyone.

Our Specialty: Aged Tender Beef Tongue - Bekotan

By aging carefully selected beef tongue overnight, we maximize its umami flavor. It is cut to a thickness that prevents it from becoming too tough, achieving a wonderful balance between tenderness and thickness, making it a beloved dish for everyone.
