The deliciousness of the meat itself is clearly felt, and I feel happy every time I grill it. The crunchy texture of the cartilage and heart is enjoyable, and there is no unpleasant smell; it's plump and tasty. When paired with a highball, my mood lifts even more. The pork belly, gizzard, and skirt steak are also delicious, and I can't stop eating. The sides, like kimchi, are satisfying, and the combination of garlic rice and kalbi is the best. The service is prompt, so there's little waiting, allowing for a pleasant experience.
