The interior retains the charm of the Showa era, adorned with plants, creating a calm space where even solo female diners can relax. Guests can enjoy thick-cut tongue and melt-in-your-mouth kalbi grilled on a hot plate, as well as a simmering pot of vegetables and offal, offering both grilling and stewing styles. The handmade sauce, based on soy sauce and infused with fresh garlic, enhances the umami of the ingredients, making it said that one can't put down their chopsticks until the last noodle is gone.
