100% Cabernet fermented by indigenous yeast, naturally found in the vineyard and on the grapes themselves. This technique created a unique set of characteristics and aromas representing terroir and variety
100% Cabernet Sauvignon from 8-year-old grapes. Aged 12 months in American and French oak. Deep purple in color with aroma of chocolate, cherries and menthol. Medium bodied with good acidity and soft tannins. Notes of chocolate covered cherries and cola with long finish
Harvested by hand, cooled, processed and aged for 14 months in oak barrels. Earthy and spiced aroma with hints of black plum, pepper and tobacco. Medium bodied. Velvety round tannins and red fruit flavors
Pale yellow gold in color, with aromas of citrus peels, ripe grapefruit and wet grass. Light to medium in body grapefruit, followed by kiwi and bitter herbs on the palette
Apricot, hints of tropical fruit and wet stone lead the way on the subtle and delicate nose. Ripe green apple, apricot, pear, and green herbs on the palate, fading into lime zest and anise
The use of grapes from two vineyard plots creates an interesting blend of tropical and mineral flavors. The wine is characterized by grapefruit, kiwi and pineapple flavors and a round finish
