The small shop with only a counter is exciting as you can see the charcoal crackling right in front of you. The first dish served was a seasonal appetizer that had a refreshing taste while also having a deep umami flavor. The heart and grilled eggplant, carefully cooked over charcoal, were fragrant, and the chewy texture was irresistible. The salt-grilled sweetfish and sashimi-style fish were also fresh, and the moment they entered my mouth, the umami and aroma spread. The fried dishes, such as tempura okra and fried chicken, were light and crispy, making me want to order more. The staff's polite and friendly service was pleasant, allowing me to slowly enjoy the charcoal-flavored dishes and drinks.
