This is grilled thick-cut aged beef tongue.
Seasonal fresh fish! Our specialty includes fatty sardines, opened mackerel, teriyaki salmon, grilled silver cod with saikyo miso, grilled meat, grilled vegetables, grilled shellfish, and grilled squid. In spring, we have sea bream; in summer, sweetfish; in autumn, Pacific saury; and in winter, yellowtail, along with seasonal recommendations. Enjoy the best of what we have based on the day's catch!
