Tennoji Yakitori Cerdo

Only a part of the thigh meat from a single chicken, limited in quantity, featuring the tenderness of Tajima chicken, grilled with crispy skin and juicy meat.

Grilled chicken skewers made with sweet soy sauce from Kyushu, a popular menu item at Poo.

Grilled with a coating of sweet soy sauce, resulting in a crispy exterior and a moist interior.

We grill fresh chicken tender to a soft rare finish.

We bake the soft and rich skin until crispy.

The Maillard reaction brings out the umami of the meat, finished with white wine vinegar upon completion.

The texture of the zuri and the savory sweetness of the soy sauce are highly praised by yakitori lovers.

We will serve it in a round shape, packed with juices to maximize the retention of meat juices.

Crispy skin served with a side of lime for you to enjoy

Enjoy it with plump grilled lemon and French rock salt.

(Sauce, Salt, Cheese) We take the meat juices that are released during the preparation stage and return them to the meat, ensuring that the juices overflow when grilled. This is our pride, a soft and juicy tsukune filled with flavor.

Rich in texture with a refreshing aftertaste. Topped with homemade granola and ice cream!
