A confident creation from Umenoyado Brewery, popular for its plum wine and seasonal fruit liqueurs. The mandarin liqueur has arrived. The texture of the pulp and the refreshing fruitiness of the mandarin are irresistible. I think it fits the image of 'mandarin liqueur' rather than orange liqueur. It feels as if the nostalgic texture of pulpy orange juice has returned as mandarin liquor, evoking a sense of nostalgia. Ingredients: Satsuma mandarin, brewing alcohol, sugars, sake, citric acid. Alcohol content: 7%. Umenoyado Brewery (Katsuragi City, Nara Prefecture)
A dessert-like sake made with a generous amount of 'white peaches' from Wakayama. It contains an astonishing 40% peach juice! This sake is so rich in the sweet and juicy flavor of white peaches that it feels like you're eating a peach dessert. While it retains the goodness of peach juice, it has a smooth texture and a refreshing aftertaste, leaving a refined finish. Ingredients: Peach, Japanese sake (junmai), brewing alcohol, fructose. Alcohol content: 8%. Produced by Umenoyado Sake Brewery (Katsuragi City, Nara Prefecture).
This is a plum wine made by blending the flesh of plums into the Japanese sake-based plum wine 'Uguisu Ume', resulting in a fruit-forward 'Roughly Filtered Plum Wine'. Its smooth and soft texture, along with its rich flavor, truly makes it a dessert plum wine. Upon tasting, you will be surprised by its excellent balance and refined taste. Typically, Japanese sake-based products have a certain sake-like aroma, but this one has none at all. It is a highly refined cloudy plum wine. Ingredients: Japanese sake, plums, sugars. Alcohol content: 12%. Produced by Umenoyado Sake Brewery (Katsuragi City, Nara Prefecture).

The aroma of brown sugar and the scent of plums create a perfect harmony, allowing you to enjoy a flavor reminiscent of cassis. This plum wine is tailored for connoisseurs, with a restrained sweetness and a pronounced acidity. Enjoy it on the rocks. Ingredients: Shirokaga/Nanko plums, sake, rice shochu, rock sugar. Alcohol content: 15%. Yoro District, Gifu Prefecture.

The 'Aoyama Plum' aged for seven years is a premium plum wine made with plenty of these plums and aged for seven years. The sweet and sour aroma and the mellow mouthfeel are truly the ultimate. Ingredients: Jōshū White plums from the Aoyama orchard in Kyoto, fructose, alcohol content 12%, Jōyō City, Kyoto Prefecture.
