Special rice exclusively for eel, supervised by a century-old traditional rice shop. The blend of rice is calculated to pair well with the sauce, cooked to a firmer texture. It has an excellent compatibility with our homemade sauce, developed in collaboration with a long-established dashi shop in Kyoto. The rich flavor based on tamari soy sauce and the spreading aroma harmonize with the rich umami and high-quality fat of the eel, creating a rich and profound taste.

Only high-quality, safe eels that meet strict standards are used. The eels handled by high-end restaurants are characterized by their tender flesh, rich fat content, and lack of strong odors. By grilling fresh eel over charcoal with a strong heat reaching 1000 degrees, we can provide eel with a crispy exterior and a fluffy interior, packed with umami.

The special selected grilled eel rice available only at the Nagoya Station store rivals the quality of high-end restaurants while achieving a price suitable for the masses. Notably, it features an authentic technique of grilling fresh eel, prepared on the same day, over charcoal from scratch. The sauce and rice are also meticulously chosen, allowing you to enjoy a concentrated flavor of umami. Please savor this special dish that can only be experienced at the Nagoya Station store.
