An adapted dish inspired by the Galician style in Spain, the sauce is a secret recipe that has been passed down for over 20 years. A classic and popular menu item! Comes with a generous portion including 10 slices of baguette.

We make karasumi from around November each year, taking about a month. The well-aged karasumi is rich and delicious! You can enjoy it as it is or as a side dish with alcohol!
This cheese is milder in saltiness and flavor compared to regular Gorgonzola. Even those who are not fond of blue cheese may enjoy it.

Compared to Japanese mussels, these have less odor and a more refined taste.
We use the highest grade of Saga beef for this dish. For those who prefer a light main course, we also provide rock salt and ponzu sauce. Of course, you can also enjoy it with sauce.
