Collagen is luxuriously abundant! Fine-grained red meat and non-greasy fat! The cholesterol level is less than 1/4 of regular pork! We are pleased to offer our customers the precious 'Agu' pork, which has three times the umami components of regular pork.
To enjoy the original flavor of Agu pork, it is recommended to use belly meat, which has a ratio of lean meat to fat (collagen) that is close. By preparing it as shabu-shabu, you can enjoy a refreshing taste.
The firm texture and the elegant sweetness of the roast offer a different flavor compared to the rib. It is also popular among female customers.
