The moment you step in, you can feel the authentic atmosphere, and it makes you excited. The pot, styled in a traditional way with partitions, clearly shows the freshness of the ingredients. There are prepared beef tripe and duck intestines, which provide a fun texture. The shrimp paste is also plump and very delicious. The spiciness is moderate but still has a solid kick, and it pairs perfectly with the oil sauce and sesame sauce. The staff responds in Japanese, and even though the menu is text-heavy, you can confidently place your order.
