Kani Douraku Chiba Ekimae Ten

The 'Crab Hot Pot' is inspired by 'Oki Suki', a dish that fishermen used to enjoy by boiling seafood in saltwater. Created by Kanidouraku, it has been preserved and evolved for over 60 years since its establishment. The secret to its flavor lies in the 'secret broth'. The golden broth made from kombu, bonito, and white soy sauce harmonizes with the delicate sweetness of the crab and the umami of the vegetables in the pot, enhancing the deliciousness even further.

A dish where crab meat is removed from the shell for easy eating. Enjoy it with a secret broth, special ponzu sauce, and homemade sesame sauce.

A different flavor from crab suki, enjoyed with the umami of the ingredients in a kombu broth and special ponzu sauce.

Carefully pounded crab meat, with added green onions and ginger. You can also enjoy a soft and fluffy texture.

This dish is essential for the perfect finish, with the exquisite match of crab flavor and the umami of vegetables.

Even those who do not enjoy hot pot can savor the deliciousness of crab rice porridge.

We prepare carefully selected 'live crabs' while they are fresh. The umami is preserved, and the flavor of the crab is locked in the shell, allowing you to enjoy the firm and subtly salty taste of the crab. Please enjoy the freshness and quality of 'live crabs' that only a specialty crab restaurant can offer.
