Using sujiniku, which is rich in gelatin and found around the sirloin. It retains a moderate texture while being soft and delicately flavored. This dish is carefully prepared by simmering it twice to infuse the ingredients with flavor, making it a labor-intensive creation.
Are there many first-time eaters!? This is a rare oden made only with new sprouts of wakame from Sanriku. We purchase a large quantity during the shipping season of the new sprouts and manage the quality in-store. You can enjoy the fresh taste of the season all year round.
Homemade steamed shumai prepared in-store. Pork is wrapped and steamed to create a fluffy and juicy finish. A secret ingredient is added to the Japanese mustard, resulting in a refined taste that can only be enjoyed here.
