Susumudo

In a warm space renovated from a Showa-era building, the aroma of charcoal wafts through the air, and the sounds and scents of grilling stimulate the appetite. The dishes crafted by the owner, who has 16 years of experience, feature a harmonious blend of robust charcoal grilling and delicate sake accompaniments, showcasing the flavors of fresh sashimi and the restaurant's signature grilled rice balls to perfection. The ability to leisurely enjoy drinks and conversation adds to the charm. This is a hidden retreat for adults who wish to spend quiet moments with their loved ones.
